If you’re reading this from the sunny paradise that the UK has suddenly turned into, after what seems like 435 years of snow and bitter cold, you’ll probably be feeling those long-awaited summer vibes.
It’s been over a month since I got back from my little Christmas getaway to Berlin, and I’ve been so busy with exams that I haven’t had chance to write about it until now. Considering that, upon deciding where to go for a city break, me and my friend picked Berlin out of a hat (it was up against 10 other European cities), combined with the fact that not once have I considered visiting Germany before, the city itself was a pleasant surprise.
Sorry I’ve been a bit quiet, lads. My mindless nattering on this blog has been replaced by repetitive product descriptions for a fashion website called Farfetch. Yep, I’ve only gone and got myself an actual, proper, real, legit, full-time writing job.
I’m aware that the title of this post makes my blog now seem like some kind of trashy network marketing scam – but rest assured, that is not the case. It’s merely a post discussing freelance writing and how it’s actually a viable option of work when you’re a student.
